Captain Ed
Captain Ed is a US Coast Guard Certified, Licensed Captain. He is a Navy Veteran (Viet Nam Era). He has been boating for over 15 Years. His love for being on the water has led him to desiring that others experience the beauty and serenity of the Sea. Choices Charters is the result of Choice. Captain Ed strongly believes that “The Choices we make, dictate the lives that we lead.” thus, the name of his boat and his desire to expose others to the beauty of the boating lifestyle.
Kathryn’s Soul
Kathryn Miles, chef and owner of Kathryn’s Soul. Her love for cooking and baking started at the very young age of 10. Her father noticed that she had a gift for cooking, so he began to encourage it.
In 2019, Kathryn decided to take a chance and pursue her passion. Kathryn’s Soul, a restaurant that offers quality comfort food made with love was born.
